Staying On the Lighter Side

One of the best life skills is to be able to stay light-hearted, at least most of the time. Finding the humor in various situations is a great way to keep a proper perspective on things that happen, and deal with your stress in a healthy way.

So remember: lighten up! Here's a good quote about humor that can help you remember why:

A keen sense of humor helps us overlook the unbecoming, understand the unconventional, tolerate the unpleasant, overcome the unexpected, and outlast the unbearable.
